Are you a qualified applicant?
Income-Based rentals will be available to households earning 60% Median Family Income or less. Applicant’s gross annual income may not exceed the following limits:
- Median Family Income 60%:
- 1-person home: $56,220 annually
- 2-person home: $64,260 annually
- 3-person home: $72,300 annually
- 4-person home: $80,280 annually
- 5-person home: $86,760 annually
- Median Family Income 80%:
- 1-person home: $72,950 annually
- 2-person home: $83,400 annually
- 3-person home: $93,800 annually
- 4-person home: $104,200 annually
- 5-person home: $112,550 annually
- Median Family Income Renewal Max 120%:
- 1-person home: $112,400 annually
- 2-person home: $128,450 annually
- 3-person home: $144,500 annually
- 4-person home: $160,550 annually
- 5-person home: $173,400 annually
Do You Qualify? What documents are required?
To begin the application for Corazon, we ask that you present the following documents:
- Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older
- Income verification items, including but not limited to:
- 2 months’ worth of consecutive pay stubs within the last 90 days
- Bank Statements
- Tax Returns
- Other potential income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
- Additional documents may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets.
